- Development of a project work schedule at the L4 level (L5 if necessary) in primavera P6
- Development of a progress measurement system based on the volume of work and calculation of the physical percentage of the project
- Preparation of S-curve based on the approved baseline plan
- Preparation and submission of weekly and monthly reports
- Inform the construction team of any deviations that may occur in the project
- Preparation of 3 weeks look ahead reporting extract schedule
- Project Progress analysis using the Earned Value Method and EVM analysis
